NZ Bakels quality control is carried out in well equipped laboratory and QC Bakery facilities.
Testing procedures consist of both chemical analysis and bake tests to ensure all products are fully up to standard before release to the market. NZ Bakels aim to maintain a high standard of quality in relation to products and customer service.
The target of our QC is to reduce customer complaints on product quality to an absolute minimum.
In order to achieve this in addition to our rigorous QC controls we thoroughly analyse every complaint to work towards eliminating any future incidents.
