Our powders plant utilises modern high-speed machines. Our Production facilities enable us to offer Scaling, Sieving, Blending (powder and fat) and Grinding services over a range of products including:

• Grains and Muesli
• Flour Blends
• Rice
• Sugar
• Icing Sugar
• Milk Powder Blends

NZ Bakels can support packaging requirements from form fill sealed bags to bulk tanks in a weight range from 200grams to 1 Tonne and virtually everything in between.

Wet Products Plant

Our wet products plant offers a wide range of packaging options including:

• Emulsified fats from 2kg to 20kg packs
• Liquids, Pastes and essences from 500grams to 20 Litre pails
• Foil wrapping products
• Frozen products

Non-Food Packaging

NZ Bakels Ltd offers non-food packaging options including:

• Bags ranging from 15kg to 500kg
• Pails from 2kg to 20kg
