Bakels Training Organisation (Registered PTE)

NZ Bakels Ltd T/A Bakels Training Organisation (Bakels Training School) is NZQA registered and accredited to teach the National Certificate in Baking (Craft, Instore/Franchise and Plant), Level 4.

"NZ Bakels Limited trading as Bakels Training Organisation has consent to assess from the New Zealand Qualifications Authority under section 252 of the Education Act 1989 within the scope:


Baking - Bread

Baking - Cake and Biscuit

Baking - Pastry.

Training plans can be tailored to meet individual needs.

Enrolment criteria:

  • Students must be a New Zealand resident OR hold a current working visa of no less than 2 years. 
  • Students must be currently employed fulltime in a New Zealand bakery.
  • Bakels Training School do not enrol International students.
