Method
1. Blend all ingredients at a low speed for 1 minute.
2. Scrape down sides and continue to blend on second speed for 2 minutes.
3. Pour 60g into well-greased baking tins.
4. Place on a baking tray.
5. Bake at 195°C for 15 minutes depending on how soft or running the cake centre is preferred.
