Sticky Date Pudding and Loaves.,1. Place Group 1 in saucepan, bring to boil until dates soft.,2. Place Group 1 in mixing bowl, beat on 1st speed for 8 minutes to mash dates.,3. While Group 1 is still warm, add Group 2.,4. Mix on slow speed for 30 seconds.,5. Scrape down then beat on 2nd speed for 1 minute.,6. Deposit batter into prepared confoil dishes.,7. Used with eggs, water and oil and any one of a large number of other ingredients.
