Method

1. Place water, eggs, Bakels Hokey Pokey Muffin Mix into a bowl.
2. Blend for approximately 1 minute at a slow speed.
3. Scrape down sides and continue mixing on second speed for 4 minutes.
4. Blend in soybean oil at a slow speed.
5. Bake at 180°C.

Add water, eggs and oil.
