Method

1. Place Group 1 ingredients in a bowl followed by Group 2 ingredient.,2. Whisk on slow speed for 1 minute then scrape down.,3. Whisk on high speed for 5 minutes followed by 1 minute on second speed. ,4. Deposit into a greased sponge tin or paper lined tray.,5. Bake sponge rounds at 180°C for 18 minutes. Bake sponge rolls at 220°C for 6-7 minutes. ,NB: This product contains HONEY.
