1. Make a paste of the custard powder, sugar, and a small part of the milk.
2. Boil remaining milk.
3. Add paste.
4. Bring back to a vigorous boil whilst stirring.
For any type of custard product including vanilla slices, custard yeast buns, Danish pastry and pourable custards by the addition of extra milk.
