Method

1. Make a paste of the custard powder, sugar and a small part of the milk.,2. Boil remaining milk.,3. Add paste.,4. Bring back to vigorous boil whilst stirring.

Usage

For any type of custard product including vanilla slices, custard yeast buns, Danish pastry and pourable custards by the addition of extra milk.
