Method

1. Place Group 1 ingredients in mixing bowl followed by Group 2 ingredients.,2. Whisk on top speed for 5 minutes followed by 1 minute on slow speed.,3. Oven temperature for rounds and sheets 190°C (375°F) and for rolls 220°C (430°F).

Usage

Used with a paste sponge emulsifier, eggs and water to produce top quality sponges.,With added cake shortening a wide range of cakes can be produced.
