Method

Using a beater attachment, blend Group 1 ingredients for 1 minute on slow speed. Scrape down mixing bowl. Mix for a further 1 minute until smooth. Rest for 5 minutes before depositing. Deposit into a greased loaf tin at 800g. Bake at 175°C for 60 minutes.
