2. Place all ingredients into a mixing bowl
3. Mix ingredients on a low speed for 1 minute
4. Scrape down sides
5. Mix again on a medium speed for 2 minutes

7. Divide mixture evenly into 12 lined muffin tins
8. Bake for 15 minutes
