Gold Label Divine Chocolate Lava Cake is the ultimate chocolate lover’s dessert! Requiring only the addition of (1 Cup Vegetable Oil) and (¾ Cup Water).

1. Preheat oven to 195℃ (Fan Bake).
2. Place all ingredients into a mixing bowl.
3. Mix ingredients on a low speed for 1 minute.
4. Scrape down sides.
5. Mix again on a medium speed for 2 minutes.
6. Pour mixture into a jug for greater control.
7. Divide mixture evenly into 12 lined muffin tins.
8. Bake for 15 minutes.
9. Allow cakes to cool before removing from muffin tin, (The Lava Cakes will appear a bit soft and slightly under baked - that's fine).
Sugar, Wheat Flour, Cocoa Powder (10%), Whey Powder, Milk Protein, Salt, Raising Agent (500), Flavour
- Greasing baking tin without muffins cases will work, however muffin cases give a better results.
