Method

1. Place all the ingredients into a mixing bowl (liquid ingredients first).
2. Using a paddle attachment, blend together for 1 minutes on a slow speed.
3. Scrape down sides, mix on a medium speed for a further 4 minutes until smooth.
4. Deposit as required. Bake at 180°C (Bake times will vary depending on oven used / size of product baked).
5. Allow to cool completely before icing.
