1. Add Group 1. ingredients into a mixing bowl with beater attachment.
2. Mix at a slow speed for 1 minute.
3. Scrape down sides and continue mixing for 5 minutes on a medium speed.
4. Blend in Group 2. ingredients on a slow speed until thoroughly blended in.
5. Use 5kg dry mix for bakers tray or slab.
6. Bake temperature is 180°C.
Add only water, oil and Apito Chocolate Paste
