Method

1. Place Group 1 ingredients in mixing bowl. 2. Whisk on top speed for 10 minutes followed by 2 minutes on second speed. ,3. Bake Sponge rounds or sheets at 200°C for approx. 18 minutes and Sponge rolls at 250°C for 7 minutes.

Usage

Whip together with eggs and water until light then scale into greased tins and bake.
