Overview
A very healthy wholesome tasting wholemeal bread with a good level of added wheat germ. High in dietary fibre, this bread has pleasant eating qualities.

1. Place Flour, Wholemeal Concentrate, Yeast and Water in bread mixer.
2. Mix on slow speed for 2 minutes, then scrape down.
3. Mix on fast speed for 7-9 minutes until dough is fully developed.
4. Rest dough for 5 minutes, then scale into desired weights and round up.
5. Rest for 10 minutes and mould into desired shape.
6. Proof and Bake.
