Method

Blend Eggs and Water together. Add half of the mixture to the mixing bowl fitted with paddle. Add remaining Group 1 ingredients. Blend on second speed for 1 minute and scrape down. Add the remaining eggs and water. Blend for 1 minute on slow speed followed by 5 minutes on top speed. Add Group 2 and clear. Bake at 190¼C for approximately 30 minutes.
