Method

Place Group 1 into a mixing bowl fitted with a paddle in above order. Blend together on low speed to form a crumb. Do not overmix. Add group 2 and mix on slow speed to combine into a biscuit dough. Round up and deposit onto a clean tray at desired drop weight. Bake at 180¡C for approximately 18 minutes.
