Place all ingredients in mixing bowl. Blend together for approximately 1 minute on low speed. Scrape Down. Continue mixing on low speed until ingredients are just combined. Scale as desired. Oven temperature 160¼ C.

If bananas are too firm beat in a machine for 1 minute prior to mixing.
