Method

Place ingredients in mixing bowl fitted with paddle. Mix on slow speed for 1 minute. Scrape down. Mix for a further 1 minute on slow speed. Do not over mix. Allow to rest for 5 minutes. Deposit 170-200 grams into Waffle Iron and bake for 3-4 minutes.
