Method

Place Water Eggs and APITO WHITE MUFFIN MIX in mixing bowl. Blend for 1 minute on slow speed. Scrape down. Mix on second speed for 4 minutes. Blend in the Vegetable oil on low speed. Deposit into muffin tins. Bake at 180¡C.

Additional Information

For Muffin variaties add Chocolate chips Sultanas Blueberries Apricots Bananas or BAKELS FRUIT FILLINGS. Blend through batter prior to depositing.
