Blend in all ingredients on low speed for 1 minute. Scrape down mixing bowl. Continue to blend on medium speed for another 2 minutes. Scaling weight 60 grams. Pour batter into well greased baking tins. Oven temperature 195¡C. Bake time is approximately 15 minutes depending on how soft or runny the cake centre is referred.
