Method

Mix together on slow for approximately 2 minutes Roll the cookie mix into a log then roll in sugar. Cut log into appropriate size cookies and place on baking tray (cookies will not spread) Bake at 180¡C for approximately 16 minutes. Leave on the tray for 5 minutes then remove and place on a wire rack to cool.

Additional Information

You can replace the Butta Vanilla with your choice of flavouring paste.
