  1. Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl.
  2. Using a beater mix for 1 minute on a slow speed, scrape down sides.
  3. Mix for a further 2 minutes on a medium speed.
  4. Deposit into greased baking tins.
  5. Bake at 170°C for 1 hour, 15 minutes, or as required depending on scale weight.

Yield: 3 Cakes at 1700g
