Method

Place Group 1 in mixing bowl and blend on slow speed for approximately 1 minute. Scrape down. Mix on second speed for 4 minutes. Blend in Group 2 on slow speed. Bake at 180¡C (356¡F). To produce delicious biscuits combine 2kg Bakels Hokey Pokey Muffin Mix 600g Morah Cake or Butter 400g Flour. Add 100g eggs and mix to clear. Bake at 180¡C for approximately 18 minutes.
