Method

Place Water and liquid colour into bowl. Add Bakels Macaron Mix. Blend for 1 minute on slow speed and scrape down. Beat on top speed for 6 minites using a beater. Pipe onto baking trays lined with silicon paper. Allow to stand for approximately 20 minutes. Bake at 130-135¡C for 27-30 minutes. Allow to cool. Sandwich two Macarons together using Bakels White or Chocolate Truffle mix or Bakels Millionaires Caramel.
