  1. Place Group 1. ingredients into a machine bowl and blend together at slow speed for 1 minute.
  2. Scrape downsides.
  3. Continue mixing for a further 4 minutes on second speed.
  4. Scrape downsides.
  5. Blend Group 2. for 1 minute on first speed. DO NOT OVERMIX.
  6. Deposit as required.
  7. Bake at 180°C for cakes and 165°C for 1 hr, 50 mins for a full slab.
