Blend all ingredients on low speed for 1 minute. Scrape down. Continue to blend on second speed for 2 minutes. Pour batter into grease-proof paper lined baking tin. Oven temperature 160¡C +/- 5¡C. For 800-850 gram batter weight cakes bake for 65 minutes. For 1500 gram batter weight cakes bake for 80 minutes.
