Mix all the ingredients using dough hook for approximately 30 seconds on slow speed. Scrape down. Mix for another 15 second on second speed. Do not overmix. Deposit 100g of mixture into each muffin tin greased with TINGLIDE SPRAY. Add fruit as desired. Bake at 190¼C for approximately 18 minutes.
