Cream together Group 1 for 10 minutes Add Group 2 Dissolve Group 3 in water and add to Group 1 Add Group 4 in order of above. Make into a soft dough Scale at 30 grams per unit Batter Temperature 20¡C Oven Temperature 190-204¡C Baking Time 12 minutes approximately
