Method

1. Lightly cream Bakels Morah Cake or butter.
2. In a mixing bowl, add butter and Bakels Chocolate Chip Biscuit Mix.
3. Blend together at low speed. Do not over mix.
4. Place 30g pieces on an ungreased baking tray and flatten slightly.
5. Bake at 195°C for approx. 16 minutes.

Usage

Used by blending one part biscuit mix with half that quantity of butter or cake margarine.
