1. Preheat oven to 180℃
2. Place all of the ingredients into a mixing bowl
3. Mix the ingredients on a low speed for 1 minute
4. Scrape down the sides of the bowl
5. Mix again on a medium speed for 2 minutes
6. Pour the mixture into a 20 x 20cm lined baking tin
7. Bake for 30-40 minutes
