Place all ingredients in above order in mixing bowl with beater attached. Mix at first speed for 1 minute. Scrape sides of bowl. Then beat at second speed for 5 minutes. Shift to first speed then mix for 1 more minute. Bake at 180¡ C until baked.
For additional flavour a swirl of Caramel Filling can be piped on to the cake surface prior to baking.
