BAKELS CARAMEL FILLING is another product in Bakels range of RTU Fillings (Ready-to-use). Use directly from the pail, nothing to add, a ‘no fuss’ filling. BAKELS CARAMEL FILLING is both bake and freeze/thaw stable. BAKELS CARAMEL FILLING has excellent flavour profile, a smooth pleasant mouthfeel and excellent shelf life properties. It is an ideal filling for Caramel Sheets, Tarts and Confectionary lines. BAKELS CARAMEL FILLING used in conjunction with MALLOWHIP (marshmallow preparation), in layers on a sweet paste base produces an excellent eating slice with distinctive eye appeal. Prepare sweet paste base or tarts. In conjunction with BAKELS CARAMEL FILLING use PETTINICE TRU CHOCOLATE ICING to enhance the finished presentation.
