1. Preheat oven to 170̊C.
2. Line a 20cm round cake tin with baking paper.
3. Place off of the ingredients into a mixing bowl.
4. Mix the ingredients on a low speed for 1 minute.
5. Scrape down the sides of the bowl and mix again on a medium speed for a further minute.
6. Pour the cake mixture into the prepared baking tin.
7. Bake at 170̊C for 60 minutes or until an inserted skewer comes out clean.
