Method

1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
2. Line a 20cm x 20cm brownie tray with baking paper.
3. Place all ingredients into a mixing bowl and mix at low speed for 1 minute.
4. Scrape down sides and continue mixing for a further 1 minute on low speed.
5. Pour the brownie mixture into the lined baking tray.
6. Bake for 25 - 30 minutes or until your desired brownie firmness is achieved.
7. Allow to cool before cutting into squares of 10.
