Method

1. Place all ingredients in a machine bowl and mix at a slow speed for 1 minute.
2. Scrape down sides and continue mixing for a further 15 seconds. Do not over mix.
3. Bake at 190°C (374°F) for approx. 20 minutes.

Note: For product variations, add 15% dried fruits, nuts, diced apples, blueberries, or chopped apricots.

Usage

Add 1500g of water to 3000g of muffin mix.
