Method

1. Place Group 1 ingredients in machine bowl and mix on slow speed for 1 minute.,2. Scrape down then mix for further 15 seconds. Do not over mix.,3. Bake at 190°C (374°F)for approx. 20 minutes.,Yield 66 muffins scaled at 60g. ,Note: For cupcake muffins deposit 60g of mix into muffin tins.,Note: For product variations add 15% dried fruits, nuts, diced apples, blueberries or chopped apricots.

Usage

Add 1500g of water to 3000g of muffin mix.
