1. Using a Dough hook, mix Group 1 ingredients thoroughly on slow speed for thirty seconds followed by 15 seconds on second speed.,2. Fruit may be added.,3. Rest scones for 10 minutes.,4. Bake at 220°C-230°C for approximately 13 minutes.,Yield: 35 scones scaled at 70g each.
