1. Place Group 1. ingredients in a mixing bowl in the above order.
2. Blend for 1 minute at a slow speed.
3. Scrape down sides and continue mixing in second speed for 4 minutes.
4. Blend in Group 2. at a slow speed.
5. Bake at 215°C for 20 minutes.

For cupcake muffins, deposit 60g of Bakels NAFNAC Chocolate Muffin Mix batter into muffin tins. For double chocolate chip muffins, add 500g of chocolate chips to the above recipe.
