1. Blend Group 1 ingredients on low speed for 1 minute.,2. Scrape down.,3. Continue to blend on 2nd speed for 2 minutes.,4. Scrape down.,5. Pour batter into rectangular baking trays (lined with greased proof paper).,6. Spread evenly to cover 800-850 grams.,7. Bake at 175-180°C for approx. 1 hour.,8. When cool, decorate accordingly.
