BAKELS MUD CAKE SUPREME offers an exceptional moist and rich Mud Cake for use in individual Mud Cakes, Cup Cakes and large Mud Cake Slabs. BAKELS MUD CAKE SUPREME cuts extremely well and very little crumb is lost when cutting individual pieces or bar cakes from baked slabs. When iced with PETTINICE RTU CHOCOLATE ICING or BAKELS CHOCOLATE TRUFFLE, the BAKELS MUDCAKE SUPREME offers a simply indulgent and rich Mud Cake for any type of occasion. Method

1. Blend Group 1 ingredients and mix in mixing bowl.,2. Mix for 1 minute on slow speed, scrape down then mix for a further 2 minutes on second speed.,3. Blend in Group 2 ingredients on slow speed until combined.,4. Bake at approx.160°C - 170°C.

Usage

Blend 1000g Bakels Mud Cake Supreme with 175g of egg and 350g of water.,Mix for 1 min on slow speed, scrape down then mix for a further 2 minutes on second speed.,Blend in 300g oil and 40g chocolate paste on slow speed until combined.,Bake at approx 160ºC-170ºC.
