Method

Place Flour, Low GI Multiseed Bread Concentrate, Yeast, and Water in bread mixer.
Mix on slow speed for 2 minutes, then scrape down.
Mix on fast speed for 7 to 9 minutes until is fully developed.
Rest dough for 5 minutes, then scale into desired weights and round up.
Rest for 10 minutes and mould into desired shape.
Proof and bake.

Usage

2.5kg Low GI Bread Mix, 2.5kg Bakers flour, 60gm dried yeast and approx 2.5kg of water(variable).,No time dough, finish temp approx 30ºC.,Mould, prove and bake.
